On May 7th, in the district of Miracema do Tocantins, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold the workshop on "The Supervisory Function and the Leadership Function: behaviors that make up each concept in practice". The activity, which will be given by Evanuzia Luzia, who holds a Master's Degree in social psychology, is aimed at magistrates.
The event aims to improve behavioral skills that will help to prevent illnesses, improve personal and work-related social relationships, boost personal satisfaction, the feeling of cooperation, respect and identity at work. For this reason, the content of the event will focus on the role of team manager, stimulating motivation and flexibility, improving communication and interpersonal relations between team members, among other subjects.
