On June 27th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) promoted the lecture on "Sickness in the work environment: is it possible to avoid it?" in the city of Dianópolis. The main goal of the event was to provide magistrates and employees of the Judiciary with behavioral skills that allow them to prevent diseases, improve the work environment, and strengthen labor relations, increasing their personal satisfaction, the feeling of cooperation, respect, and identity with work. The lecture, which lasted 3 hours, was held face-to-face and was given by the facilitator Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira.
In order to achieve its mission of ensuring citizenship through the distribution of swift, safe, and effective justice, the Judiciary has sought positive examples and innovative practices. The proposal of the initiative is that similar actions become daily, structural, and resolutive practices in the Judiciary, aiming at preventing illnesses and improving the quality of life of its employees.
