The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), in partnership with the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of Magistracy (COPEDEM) and the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), will hold on May 12th, from 9am to 1pm, a webinar that will discuss the assignment of claims in the scope of the Labor Justice.
The target audience of the event is directors, magistrates, and servers from State and judicial schools. Registrations are already open and can be made clicking here.
With live broadcasting, the event will have the participation of renowned specialists in the area. Besides the presence of Justice Marco Aurélio Bellizze, of the SCJ, the program will also include Carolina Tupinambá, lawyer and professor at UERJ, and Sólon Cunha, lawyer and professor at the Law School of FGV SP, who will address the possibility of credit assignment and the maintenance of its food nature.
The maintenance of the competence of the Labor Justice and the advances in jurisprudence will be debated by Justices Douglas Alencar Rodrigues and Dora Maria Costa, both from the Superior Labor Court, as well as Fredie Didier Jr, lawyer and professor at UFBA.
Finally, the democratization of credit for people who have no approved lines of credit and/or are in debt will be the subject of a debate between the partner at BT Credits, Rafael Lima, and the partner at Prisma Capital, João Mendes.

The event will also be attended by Justice Marco Villas Boas, General Director of Esmat and President of Copedem, and Justice Mauro Campbell Marques, President of ENFAM, who will open the event together with the Scientific Coordinator, Justice Douglas Alencar Rodrigues, of the Superior Labor Court.
