Registrations for the II Week for the Prevention of Bullying and Combating Discrimination at Work in the Judiciary are now open. The event aims to provide an understanding of what moral harassment and discrimination are in the workplace, how to avoid and face them, and to encourage the participants to reflect on the institutional responses given so far to the theme.
The certification workload is 3 hours, and the event will be held in hybrid mode, in the auditorium of the Court of Justice, with transmission via Youtube on the Virtual Platform of Esmat. In all, 1,000 vacancies are being offered, with 300 in-person and 700 distance learning.
The participants registered in the cities in the interior of the State of Tocantins and other regions will have access to the transmission of the event through a link available on the Esmat portal, while those registered in the city of Palmas will have to attend in person at the Auditorium of the Court of Justice to register their attendance.
Opening
The opening of the action will be attended by Justice Angela Issa Hanoat, president of the Commission for the Prevention and Confrontation of Bullying and Sexual Harassment in the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, and Judge Odete Dias Almeida, president of the Association of Judges of the State of Tocantins (ASMETO). Magistrates, public servers, outsourced workers, interns and other employees of the TJTO, members and public servers from the State Prosecution, Public Defender's Office of the State of Tocantins, BAR, REC, Federal Justice, Labor Justice, State Audit Court, students and the community in general.
