Registrations are open for webinar on combating high tax litigation

Federal and State magistrates have the opportunity to participate in the Webinar on Combating High Tax Litigation. The event will take place next Monday (April 24th). Registrations are still open and the National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates (ENFAM) is offering 200 places.

The action is focused on the reduction and adequate treatment of tax conflicts and counts with the participation of renowned Ministers and Jurists in the area. The program includes lectures on bills, judicial policies, reduction of tax litigiousness, Justice in Numbers report, diagnosis of tax judicial litigation, bills for reforming tax litigation, and tax litigation at the Supreme Court.

The objective of the Webinar is to provide magistrates with specific skills to understand the problems of tax litigation, in its main dimensions, based on the empirical evidence contained in the diagnoses recently conducted by the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
