The Institute of Supplementary Health Studies (IESS) held the third meeting of the "Supplementary Health Juridical Journey", in the webinar modality, on the morning of this week (6th). On that occasion, the president of the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Magistracy (COPEDEM) and general director of the School of Judges of Tocantins (ESMAT), Judge Marco Villas Boas, held the opening of the event. The event was also attended by Minister João Otávio de Noronha, of the Superior Justice Court, as main speaker.
Dr. Raquel Marimon, Health Director of the Brazilian Actuarial Institute (IBA) and CEO of Prospera Consulting; and Dr. José Cechin, Executive Superintendent of the Institute for Supplementary Health Studies (IESS) also participated in the virtual debate. In his speech, Judge Marco Villas Boas emphasized Copedem's partnership with this Institute in the constant updating of magistrates and servers of the judiciary during the pandemic. "This partnership has made us move forward in terms of the availability of courses that we are conducting throughout Brazil for the legal community. In the platform of the School of Judges of Tocantins, the Virtual Learning Environment and the Virtual Academic Secretariat we have available very high quality complementary health courses, executed in partnership with other schools of the judiciary, which are replicating in their states," he said.
The Supplementary Health Legal Day is an initiative of the Institute for Supplementary Health Studies (IESS) together with the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Magistracy (COPEDEM), and has as a media partner the Law Consultant (CONJUR) platform.
