Registration for the "II State Workshop on Penal Alternatives: Scenario Building and Social Participation", developed by the School of Judges of Tocantins, is open and continues until November 24th, 2020. The event will be offered as distance learning via Esmat's Virtual Platform and will take place on November 24th, 2020. The objective of the Workshop is to analyze and discuss the development and implementation of the policy of criminal alternatives, from the promotion and investment in the services of criminal alternatives in the centers of penalties and alternative measures and the importance reaffirmation of social participation in the process of strengthening the policy, from the perspectives provided by the national policy of criminal alternatives.
One thousand vacancies are being offered; having as target public magistrates and servers of the Justice Court of the State of Tocantins; prosecutors and servers of the State Prosecution; defenders and servers of the State Public Defender's Office; lawyers enrolled in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Tocantins Sectional; members of the Penitentiary Council; members of the Community Council; staff of the Cepemas; and others interested in the topic; staff of the local executive power and other states interested in the topic; members of the Criminal Execution Bodies (TJ, SECIJU, MPE, DPE, OAB, Community Council and Penitentiary Council); students; Community in general that has interest in the topic discussed.
