The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held, this Thursday (June 24th), the Workshop - The National Adoption System and its Functionalities -, which was attended by public servers and magistrates acting in activities related to Adoption processes in the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
With the purpose of promoting the familiarization of the servers and magistrates with the tools and resources of the National Adoption System, made available by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), correctly registering the data and consigning the judicial decisions, the Workshop was ministered by the facilitator Isabely Fontana da Mota.
For the magistrate Rosa Maria Rodrigues Gazire Rossi, assistant judge of CEJUS/TO, who represented Judge Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, general supervisor of Justice, the objective of the event is to train magistrates and public servants for the correct registration according to the judicial decisions, and its continuous updating. "We already have available the CNJ's own manual, an official tutorial, as well as other training that was given previously. However, during the ordinary general corrections, we realized the need for this new meeting", he said.
About the lecturer
Isabely Fontana da Mota - Post-graduate in Child, Adolescent and Elder Law. She holds an undergraduate degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Procedural Law. She is a civil server of the Court of Justice of the State of Espírito Santo, having worked from 2013 to 2018 in the State Judiciary Commission for Adoption. She currently works at CNJ as a Researcher at the Judicial Research Department and member of the SNA Negotiation Management Support Committee.
