With the proposal to promote the internal and external articulation of the Judiciary with other governmental and non-governmental organs for the concretion of the programs of combat to the domestic violence, integrating and structuring the network of confrontation, the State Coordinator for Women in Situations of Domestic and Family Violence and the Monitoring Committee for Combating and Preventing Domestic and Family Violence Against Women (CPVID), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold on August 6th, a TJTO public hearing with the network of combating domestic and family violence against women.
The event takes place from 2 to 6 pm, through the Portal Esmat and is aimed at Magistrates who work in the Specialized Courts in Combating Domestic and Family Violence against Women and issues related to this theme; Members of the Network Confronting Domestic and Family Violence Against Women in the State of Tocantins; Servers who work in the Specialized Courts to Combat Domestic and Family Violence against Women and issues related to this theme; Servers and accredited of the Management Group of Multidisciplinary Teams (GGEM); Members or servers of the State Prosecutor's Office who work with combating domestic and family violence against women based on gender; Members or servers of the Public Defender's Office who work with combating domestic and family violence against women based on gender; Police officers or agents who work with combating domestic and family violence against women based on gender; Servers of the reference hospitals of the State of Tocantins that work with domestic and family violence against women, based on gender.
On the Hearing's agenda, an open dialogue will be held about the confrontation of domestic and family violence against women in the state of Tocantins; Participation of the Support Network for Women Victims of Domestic Violence; Participation of entities involved directly and indirectly in the combat against domestic violence, besides the elaboration of a Letter of Intent in which action proposals will be presented to subsidize the implementation of public policies to confront violence against women.
