Registrations are open until November 12th, 2021, for the Workshop on Judicial Aspects of Administrative Improbity: A Preventive View, to be held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with a total classload of 8 hours, in the modality of distance learning (EaD).
The event will be held on November 12th, 2021, with the objective of making public agents aware of the judiciary's actions regarding administrative improbity proceedings in accordance with recent legislative and jurisprudential alterations, so that they can conduct their administrative activities with more knowledge, adopting an ethical and committed posture with the inhibition of improper actions.
1,300 vacancies are being offered to mayors and administration secretaries from the 139 municipalities in the state of Tocantins; mayors, attorneys, and finance, health, and education secretaries from the state of Tocantins and their municipalities; legal advisors, and internal control analysts from the 139 municipalities in the state of Tocantins, and the judicial branch of the state of Tocantins.

About the professors:
Hélvia Túlia Sandes Pedreira
Graduated in Law, 1993. Specialist in Labor Law and Procedural Law, 1997, both titles obtained from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG). She is currently a law judge at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins. Professor at the Federal University of Tocantins Foundation. Experienced in the area of Law, with emphasis in Civil Procedural Law.
Jefferson David Asevedo Ramos
Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Goiás. Specialist in Civil Law and Civil Procedure. Master in Jurisdictional Provision and Human Rights from the Federal University of Tocantins. Doctoral student in Law at Brasília University Center. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Civil Procedural Law. Judge of Law in the State of Tocantins.
Roniclay Alves de Morais
Titular Judge of the 1st Court of the Treasury and Public Records of the City of Palmas. Assistant Judge of the General Internal Affairs of the TJTO (2021-2023). Doctorate in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Master in Jurisdictional Provision and Human Rights, from the Federal University of Tocantins, 2017. Lato Sensu Post-Graduated in Criminal Sciences, by the University of the South of Santa Catarina, 2008; and in Rule of Law and Fighting Corruption, by Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins, 2017. Bachelor in Law, from the University Center of Anápolis, 1999. He joined the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins in 2002. He was the president of the Association of Magistrates of the State of Tocantins (ASMETO), in the biennium 2014-2016. He was the Assistant Judge of the Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, in the biennium 2015-2017. Professor of courses at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT). He is a member of the Editorial Board of Esmat. He was the coordinator of the Support Center for the Courts of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (NACOM), from 2018 to 2019. He was the secretary of Human Rights and Citizenship of the Association of Brazilian Magistrates (AMB), in the triennium 2016-2019.
Rosa Maria Rodrigues Gazire Rossi
Bachelor's Degree in Law, from PUC/MG, June 1999. Specialist in Public Law: Constitutional and Administrative, and Judicial Decision Theory. Master's candidate in Jurisdictional Rendering and Human Rights at UFT. Magistrate from Tocantins, since May 15th 2002, having assumed the management of court-ordered debt of TJTO and integrated the National Chamber of Managers of Court-ordered debt, in the biennium 2019-2021.
Jocy Gomes de Almeida
Judge, sitting in the 4th Civil Court of Palmas, convoked Judge - answering in the GAB-02 of the TJ/TO. Post-graduate in Procedural Law. Master in Jurisdictional Provision and Human Rights by Esmat. Qualified in Workshops, lectures and short courses.
