TJTO will carry out a research to identify the profile of working women in the state of Tocantins

Aiming to analyze the gender relations in the work process of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, through the General Justice Coordination and the Commission of Gender Equity of the TJTO, will carry out the Gender Relations research in the Judiciary: the profile of female workers in the State of Tocantins.  

On the afternoon of Thursday (28th), the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held the lecture Women in the judiciary: gender relations. The event served to inform about the research, which aims to map the socio-demographic profile of female workers in the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, understanding the demands and difficulties experienced by female workers in the professional work process, analyzing the conceptions regarding gender equity in the field of professional performance. 

The survey, conducted digitally and anonymously, will collect data from magistrates, permanent and commissioned female employees, and trainees from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. Conducted by a specialized technical team, hired to disseminate, compile, tabulate and disclose the results, the survey also aims to analyze the functioning of gender equity processes in the Judiciary. Subsequently, policies and actions should be implemented in order to promote more gender equity in the Judiciary.
