Registrations are open for the 2ND ENCOPE - Meeting of Permanent Judges and the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins

Seeking the training on relevant themes for the consolidation and improvement of correctional activities, as well as to stimulate innovation in the Judiciary, related to the correctional competence, the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (CGJUS-TO) will hold the 2nd ENCOPE – Meeting of Permanent Inspector Judges and the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins, on September 1st and 2nd.

This year the Meeting brings the “Justice and Citizenship, a possible dialogue” theme. In partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the CGJUS is opening the registrations for the first day of the event, aimed at magistrates, public servers, and partner institutions.

The first day (September 1st) set aside for Encope will be in the Auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, with the opening scheduled for 7 pm, the event will feature the “Simple Language in the 1st Degree and access to Justice” lecture, given by the specialist Heloísa Fisher. 150 vacancies are being made available for permanent Judges and permanent inspector Judges of the Courts of the State of Tocantins; 150 vacancies are being made available for permanent Judges and permanent inspector Judges of the Courts of the State of Tocantins; public servers of the General Internal Affairs of Justice; and public servers of the Judiciary and partner institutions interested in the topic. During the opening there will also be the awarding of the Minister Sálvio de Figueiredo Teixeira Judiciary Management Prize.

On the second day (September 2nd), intended for the Work Meeting, the event will be held at the auditorium of Esmat, exclusively for the permanent Judges and court clerks. The programming is scheduled to start at 8:30 am with the signing of the Provision and Presentation of the Correction Module in GISE. On the occasion, the Provision and the Presentation of the Correction System of the General Internal Affairs of Justice (SICOR) will be signed.

About Encope

The General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (CGJUS-TO), by means of the Provision number 9, instituted as institutional policy the Meeting of Permanent Inspector Judges and the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins, called Encope.

 

Encope Objectives

The permanent meeting aims to allow the integration between the permanent Judges and the General Court, to promote the critical debate about relevant themes for the consolidation and improvement of the correctional activities; to discuss themes related to the structural and cultural transformations that allow the modernization and the effectiveness of the performance of the first degree of jurisdiction; the joint definition of guidelines, standardization of methods and administrative criteria related to the correctional activities; the incentive and exchange of good innovative practices adopted by the Court Directorates, aiming at the agility and the strengthening of the relation between the Judiciary and Society; the qualification of the correctional activities; the proposal of solutions to the General Internal Affairs of Justice and to the National Internal Affairs of Justice, related to the correctional competence; and the diffusion and execution of the Strategic Planning of the General Internal Affairs of Justice before the degree of jurisdiction.
