Registrations are open for the i week to combat harassment and discrimination in the judiciary

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) in partnership with the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) will hold, on May 23rd-27th, 2022, the I Week to Combat Harassment and Discrimination in the Judiciary. Offering one thousand five hundred vacancies, the training is aimed at magistrates, servers, outsourced workers, and trainees of the TJTO.

Registrations continue until May 23rd. The event will be held in a hybrid format, in person at the Court of Justice's Auditorium and remotely via intranet, through the School's Portal and application.

The event aims to provide an understanding of what moral harassment and discrimination are, particularly in the workplace, what the profile of the harasser is and who suffers it, how it starts, how to avoid it and face it, and also to encourage reflection among Judges, employees, and collaborators about the institutional responses given, so far, on harassment and discrimination in the workplace within the Judiciary, so as to create more welcoming work environments.
