The Correction module present in the GISE system is presented during the 2nd Encope

During the opening of the morning activities of the 2nd Meeting of Inspector Judges and Permanent Inspector Judges of the Courts and the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (ENCOPE), the focus was turned to the supervision and monitoring of the extrajudicial services. The Chief Justice, Judge Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, opened the work meeting reinforcing that the event strengthens the jurisdictional provision of magistrates and public servers of the 1st Degree of Jurisdiction, that is, those who work directly in the courts installed in the 37 counties of the State. “We hope that this program will serve to clarify some doubts and strengthen the activities developed in practice,” she said.

The Justice also signed the Provision number 12 of CGJUS, which regulates the Integrated Management System for Extrajudicial Servers – Gise – and adopts other measures. The coordinator of the Notary and Registry Services, Wagner José dos Santos, presented to those present the use of the Correction Module, inserted in the Integrated Management System of Extrajudicial Services (GISE), restricted to magistrates and servers of the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins.

The new module is a long-awaited innovation, developed by the IT team of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The auxiliary Judge of CGJUS and the supervisor of the Notary and Registry services, Roniclay Alves de Morais, emphasized that the system will bring more dynamism to the work of the permanent inspectors during the extrajudicial corrections. A manual with the step-by-step of the corrections has also been prepared and it is already available on the General Internal Affairs website.
