With the presence of public servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the Lecture on Retirement: a new life project, was held this Monday afternoon (12th) in the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT).
The event was also broadcasted via YOUTUBE for students, professors, professionals and servers of the Partner Bodies of Esmat. With 2 hours, the lecture was given by Evany Bettine de Almeida.
The event aimed to provide the participants with guidance on psychological, social, legal, and health aspects related to the retirement process and planning for the future, in order to strengthen the constitution of a life project for the post-retirement moment.
During her presentation, the speaker pointed out that retirement is a very important change in people’s lives and, as such, it needs some preparation and planning in all aspects.
Counting as main aspects, family, the social and the financial, Evany also explained about the importance of building bounds in the work environment, “This is what will direct the retiree. Having a support network for this moment, it is necessary to be close to family and friends”, she highlighted.
