General director of Esmat teaches a lecture at international environmental event

With the proposal to reflect on the rights of nature through a national and international study, discussing topics such as the Collective Process of Environmental Preservation, Nature as a Subject of Rights, among other topics, occurs, the event is promoted by the University of Caxias do Sul in partnership with the ESCUELA INTERDISCIPLINAR DE DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES PRAEEMINENTIA IUSTITIA (PRAEEMINENTIA IUSTITIA INTERDISCIPLINARY SCHOOL OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS). The event, broadcasted by the YOUTUBE platform, will take place on April 19th and 20th, 2022, from 2 pm to 9 pm. Registrations close on April 18th.

In the programming, Judge Marco Villas Boas, General Director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), on April 20th, at 6:20pm (Brasília time), teaches the NATURE RIGHTS BETWEEN NEOCONSTITUTIONALISM AND THE NEW LATIN AMERICAN CONSTITUTIONALISM lecture. Also on the program, on the 19th, Professor Doctor Tarsis Barreto, professor of the Post-Graduation program STRICTO SENSU in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (UFT/ESMAT), will give THE RIGHTS OF NATURE BETWEEN NEOCONSTITUTIONALISM AND THE NEW LATIN AMERICAN CONSTITUTIONALISM lecture, starting at 5:50pm.

With a workload of 15 hours valid as complementary activities, registration is free and can be done until April 18th, 2022.
