Following the virtual meetings of counseling and guidance on mental health and avoiding illness, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) in partnership with the Center for Reception and Psychosocial Monitoring (NAPsi) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) promoted on Tuesday (15th), the Conversation Round: Healthy Mind, Healthy Body. The event was broadcasted through Esmat's page on the Youtube platform.
With the lecturer, Professor Rodolfo Petrelli, PhD, and the psychiatrist Wordney Carvalho Camarço as mediators, the conversation round presented topics about the three dimensions of mental health: body, mind, and spirit, the importance of presence and its categories (awareness, intentionality, and responsibility), as well as self-knowledge as a factor resulting from change. For the professor, the "I" in the battles of life must always be visible, avoiding mental illness, which causes spiritual weakening resulting in organic reflexes in the body. "Are you responsible for your life? Are you building your life story or are you living a story that has been imposed on you? Each one of us is the author of his or her life story. The story of life demands battle. Bleeding, but singing victory. Rebuilding what has been destroyed," he stressed.
Directed to magistrates and other servers, the Conversation Round: "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body. Caring for those who care" sought to bring a moment of dialog about the prevention of psychological illnesses of public servers who work in the Center for Reception and Psychosocial Monitoring (NAPsi) and in the Health Center of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
