Civil servers working in the areas of Bidding and Contracts, and administrative managers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins will be nominated to participate in the course on Fluid Market Contracting and e-Marketplace in the Public Sector, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat). The training will be in person, at the School, on April 13th and 14th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a workload of 16 hours.
The activities will be conducted by facilitator Marfisa Castro and they aim to train civil servers for the strategic application of the innovations of the Law 14.133, 2021, with emphasis on new modalities, auxiliary procedures and good contracting practices, aligned with the guidelines of the CNJ.
