Training will address new ways of learning and teaching with the support of artificial intelligence

The semi-in-person course on Modeling and Publication of Learning Trails with Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be held from April 6th to May 15th, aimed at training civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins assigned to the Directorate of People Management, in the Management Group of Multidisciplinary Teams (GGEM) and in the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), which will work directly on the construction and modeling demands of learning trails.

The training will include activities developed through live web classes, scheduled for April 6th, 10th, 13th and 15th and May 7th, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., via the Google Meet platform, as well as in person meetings on April 27th, 28th and 29th from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and activities in the Virtual Learning Environment of Esmat (AVA) and the AppTrilhas platform. 

According to the Notice no. 037 of 2026, the course aims "to enable (...) the development of conceptual, pedagogical and technical skills for the modeling of learning trails aligned with the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence, with a view to the strengthening of knowledge management and digital transformation within the Court."

The programming will be structured into three modules. The first will address the conceptual and pedagogical foundations of learning trails, with emphasis on education by skills. The second will be focused on the modeling of these pathways, including the construction of training trails, content curatorship and use of Artificial Intelligence in the production of educational materials. The third one will deal with the publication of the trails in a specialized virtual environment, focusing on the configuration, validation and certification of activities.

The activities will be led by Professor Pedro Paulo Carbone, a specialist in the areas of skills management and development of learning trails, with support from facilitator Akemy Suguino Yassoyama, who will act in practical activities related to the use of the AppTrilhas platform.
