The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, on November 17th and 18th, the course on "Changes and Additives to Administrative Contracts", aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins who work in the area of Public Procurement.
With a workload of 16 hours and face-to-face format, the training aims to enable participants to understand, analyze and apply the rules and case law regarding changes and additives in administrative contracts, with emphasis on the Law no 14.133/2021, developing skills for the management, supervision and control of contractual additives in order to ensure legality, efficiency and protection of the treasury.
Registrations will be made exclusively by nomination of the administrative units of the Court of Justice, as published. The activities will be conducted by Silvio César da Silva Lima, a specialist in public management and contracting.
