Civil Servers Conclude Training On Oral Communication In The Judiciary

On this Friday (October 10th), the course on Active Voice: Effective Oral Communication in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins was closed. The training, carried out online, brought together civil servers of several counties with the objective of strengthening communication skills in the institutional context.

With four live web classes, in addition to activities in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), the course had a workload of 15 hours and it was conducted by Journalist and Professor Adriano Nogueira. Throughout the classes, the participants worked on aspects such as active listening, organization of ideas, appropriate language for the public, emotional control in situations of exposure and construction of clearer, more strategic and humanized speech.

Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the training is aligned with the Project of Management by Competences of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins and it seeks to meet the gaps identified in the internal performance evaluation.
