Between October 6th and 10th, the District of Cristalândia receives two important events focused on the well-being and human development of the civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins. The workshops on "How to work, relate and keep emotional health" and "Social participation and its influence on the state of health" are being promoted by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and the Health Care Program (PAS).

The first workshop began on Monday, October 6th, and it is being conducted by Professor Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira, master in Social Psychology. For her, understanding emotions is an essential step to transform reality.

“All our choices are based on emotions. The purpose of the course is to help people understand and deal with emotions in various circumstances, in order to obtain the best results in all aspects of life. Studies show that a large percentage of diseases are emotional. Learning to deal with emotions is also a way to improve physical and emotional health. Work and social reality do not change, but when people change the universe around them also changes", she explained.

The training proposal was well received by the teams of the District. For the legal advisor Karita Fernanda Feliciano Gomes, the experience was impacting from the first meeting.

"Right from the first meeting, I realized how much the content offered is able to provoke a real change of perspective, awakening awareness of the importance of self-care and the need to establish limits that favor a healthier and more respectful coexistence, both in the professional environment and in personal life. This experience, still in its first steps, is already proving to be transformative", she commented.

Aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, the activities, with a workload of 27 hours, address topics such as the influence of social relations on health and quality of life, the impact of ethics in the work environment and the prevention of mental illness, as Stress, Fatigue and Burnout Syndrome.

Closing the programming, on October 9th and 10th, it takes place the workshop on "Social participation and its influence on the state of health ", with the facilitation of Social Worker Adriana Magna Sousa da Silva Ramalho. The event will address topics such as social responsibility, collective leadership, networks of coexistence, moral and sexual harassment, in addition to accessibility and inclusion.
