Magistrates, civil servers and other public members of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins have until October 30th to sign up in self-instruction courses offered by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT). The trainings are held in a fully ONLINE format, with content available in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) until November.
The courses are offered in self-instructional mode, which allows the participant total autonomy on the pace of studies. In this modality, there are no tutoring or synchronous meetings: the student accesses the materials in the AVA and organizes his own learning routine.

Preparation for Teleworking
Coordinated by Judge Arióstenis Guimarães Vieira, the course trains magistrates and civil servers for the performance of labor activities outside the physical facilities of the Judiciary, in accordance with the Resolution 20 of the CNJ of 2020. The content addresses legal foundations, operational aspects, well-being, quality of life and practical guidelines on the remote regime.

1st and 2nd degrees eproc
Focusing on electronic procedural routines, the courses address the functionalities of the Eproc System according to the degree of jurisdiction. Both are addressed to magistrates, civil servers, legal residents and trainees.
- 1st Degree: initial processing, orders and procedural motions.
- 2nd Degree: recursal analysis, distribution and collegiate judgment.

Meeting Google Workspace
Aimed at expanding digital autonomy, the course presents the main tools of GOOGLE WORKSPACE with a focus on institutional communication, real-time collaboration and cloud storage. Among the topics covered are: Gmail, Agenda, CHAT, MEET, DRIVE, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations and Forms.
