Until November 15th, civil servers, magistrates, legal residents and trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins can access the classes of the self-instructional courses on the 1st and 2nd degree Eproc system. With a workload of 20 hours, the content is available through the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).
The aim of the training is to guide the participants on how to use the system and carry out appropriate procedures, taking advantage of the tools provided. The activities of the 1st degree class focus on the initial processing of the case and orderly acts, while the 2nd degree class concentrates on the analysis of appeals, distribution of cases to the rapporteurs and collegiate judgments.

Anísia Pimenta, a clerk at the Civil Court of the district of Ponte Alta do Tocantins, highlighted the importance of the training as an opportunity to improve her knowledge and make better use of the resources offered by the system.

The didactics and knowledge of the facilitators were also praised by Sarah Caroline, a judicial assistant at the Araguatins Civil, Property and Public Records Court of the district of Araguatins, who commented on the importance of the course.
“Participating in this course is of fundamental importance because Eproc 2025 – 1st Grade - is always bringing improvements and new functions to perfect the system. The ONLINE classes are well explained, and the servers understand the subject in practice," she said.
The comprehensive nature of the training was recognized as a differential by Francilmara Aguiar, a clerk of the Civil and Criminal Special Court in the city of Gurupi, who highlighted the support offered to various judicial areas.
“I really enjoyed the course, as it deals with content that is necessary for our day-to-day work, as it was explained in a clear and objective way with practical examples, I made progress in learning things I didn't know yet, such as splitting and dismemberment, permission and denials of proceedings, transfer of documents, electronic judicial domicile," she commented.
