Accredited by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam), the “EaD Pro - Training Course for Tutors” will have a new edition between August 11th and October 10th. The training is promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and it aims to equip students to act as tutors in Online Corporate Education, in distance learning courses using the Moodle Platform.
So far, eight classes have been held with significant results in the pedagogical qualification of magistrates and civil servers involved in training activities at Esmat.
The course is coordinated by Judge Wellington Magalhães and it will offer 120 places, distributed as follows: 60 for magistrates from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, 30 for civil servers from the Judiciary; 5 for civil servers from partner institutions, 20 for magistrates and civil servers from other courts and 5 for the general community.
With a total workload of 90 hours and activities carried out entirely in the Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle Platform and Google Meet), the training is structured in two modules. The first covers the planning and structuring of virtual classrooms, with a focus on the pedagogical use of digital resources. The second module is dedicated to the theoretical and methodological foundations of Distance Education (DE), delving into the concepts, strategies and skills essential to tutorial practice.
Participants will have access to web classes, forums, support materials and practical activities. The proposal includes the development of pedagogical, technical and communication skills, applying active methodologies that promote engagement, autonomy and meaningful learning.
The course facilitators include professionals with experience in corporate education and distance learning: Lily Sany Silva Leite (master's degree in Computational Systems Modeling and doctoral student in Governance and Digital Transformation), Jadir Alves de Oliveira (master's degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights), Bruno Odate Tavares (master's degree in Computational Systems Modeling) and Amanda Emilene Arruda (specialist in Educational Management and Guidance).
