Improve people management and strengthen institutional efficiency. It is with this purpose that the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), in partnership with the Directorate of People Management (DIGEP), starts the course on "Management by Skills: fundamentals and practices", in the self-instructional modality.
The training aims to identify and describe the skills and activities of its units, and to understand the objectives and the Skills Mapping and Workforce Sizing Methods used in the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).
With a workload of 16 hours, the course runs until October 31st, available in the Virtual Learning Environment of Esmat (AVA). The participants will be able to advance in the content according to their pace and availability.
Divided into two modules, the training addresses from the fundamental concepts of skills management to the practical steps of mapping and dimensioning the workforce.
The course is taught by Professor Gottardo Celso Ferreira Dias, master in Theory and Research of Behavior, from the Federal University of the state of Pará (UFPA), and specialist in the area of Management by Competencies in the Public Sector.
