Justice Marco Villas Boas, general director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), will be teaching the course on Digital Transformation in the Judiciary, dedicated to the civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, from May 13th to 15th.
With a critical, reflective and interdisciplinary approach, the course aims to train participants in the impacts of digital transformation on the Judiciary, in order to understand and apply emerging technologies - such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Interfaces and Intelligent Systems - in an ethical, efficient manner and in line with the contemporary demands of Justice.
Focused on governance and management, the course proposes an innovative and interdisciplinary approach that goes beyond the simple application of technological tools.
The activities encourage reflection on the impact of digitalization on the accessibility and transparency of the justice system, considering ethical, legal and social aspects.
