
The course on “The Importance of Correct Use of the Unified Procedural Tables (TPU/CNJ) and General Guidelines on the National Database of the Judiciary (DATAJUD)” has had its date postponed, as well as the rectification of the registration period and the number of places allocated to the Class I.
The training will now take place remotely from May 13th to 16th, following the schedule of activities already stipulated, to be taught by Professor Kellen Cleya dos Santos Madalena Stakoviak.
Target audience and date of realization
- Class I: Magistrates and civil servers - Competencies: Civil, Family and Succession, Special Court for Children and Youth - held on May 13th.
- Class II: Magistrates and civil servers – Competencies: Treasury and Public Records, Health, Tax Enforcement, Bankruptcy, Judicial Recovery, Social Security Court 4.0 - held on May 14th.
- Class III: Magistrates and civil servers – Competencies: Criminal, Domestic Violence Against Women - held on May 15th.
- Class IV: Magistrates, civil servers and conciliators/mediators accredited at Nupemec - Competencies: Special Civil and Criminal Courts, Public Finance Courts, Appellate Courts, Cejuscs - held on May 16th.
