
On May 12th and 13th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) is promoting the course on “Decarbonization and Inventory of Greenhouse Gases (GHG)”, with a total workload of 16 hours, in person. The training was requested by the Sustainable Logistics Plan Management Committee (CGPLS) and it is part of the efforts of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins to comply with the guidelines of the Resolution 594 of the CNJ of 2024, which establishes the Zero Carbon Justice Program.
Aimed at judges and civil servers who work with sustainability policies in the judiciary, the course aims to train participants to understand and apply fundamental concepts related to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and reduction strategies adapted to the reality of the courts.
The training, coordinated by Justice Ângela Maria Ribeiro Prudente, president of the CGPLS, will be given by facilitators Luciano de Queiroz Figueredo and Fabrício Hernandes, professionals with experience in environmental management, socio-environmental responsibility and emissions regulation.
Registrations
Registrations are made by formal indication of the responsible units, via a specific SEI process. A total of thirty places are being offered, distributed among strategic units of the administration of the TJTO, magistrates and members of the CGPLS.
