The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held on Thursday (April 10th), the first meeting of the course on Planning of Public Contracts supported by Artificial Intelligence, in accordance with the New Bidding Law. The training, with a class load of 16 hours, is aimed at servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins that work directly in the areas of bidding, management and supervision of contracts.
The first day of activities was led by Professors Eduardo André Carvalho Schiefler and Gustavo Henrique Carvalho Schiefler. The course aims to train the servers involved in the areas of Bidding and Public Contracts in the use of the most advanced tools of Generative Artificial Intelligence (IAGen) to optimize the activities of the bidding process, from the planning of contracts to the management and supervision of contracts.
Aligning theory and practice, the first training workshop dealt with the implementation of methodologies applicable to the organizational context, with the theme on "Demand Formalization Document (DFD) with IA".
Participants were introduced to the contextualization of the DFD and its function according to the Law no 14.133, of 2021. Then there was the presentation of the tool to be used during the practical workshop, guidelines for the elaboration of effective prompts, discussion of the results obtained and the identification of opportunities by the groups.
