
The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, in the period from May 7th to June 30th, the course on Writing, Structuring and Standardization of Menus: Implementation of Recommendation no 154 of the CNJ, of 2024, aimed at legal advisors of magistrates who work on the preparation of minutes and/ or judicial decisions of the Court.
With a workload of 40 hours and in the EaD mode, the training aims to train the participants in the preparation of standardized, clear and precise minutes of judicial menus, with recoverable terms, highlighting its function and importance in the system of precedents.
The 55 available vacancies will be filled by means of nomination in the specific SEI process, based on the indications from the Office of the President of the TJTO, the General Internal Affairs of Justice and the Offices of the Justices.
The course will be divided into two stages, following the topics: "Perfect Menu - Basic Course of Menus Preparation" and "Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (IA-Gen) - in the elaboration of judicial menus", totaling ten modules.
Know the facilitators
Dulce Dias Ribeiro Pontes is a judicial analyst at the Court of Justice of the state of Pernambuco and holds the position of Chief of Staff in the 1st Vice Presidency of the TJPE. In addition, she is a member of the Intelligence Center of the State Justice of the state of Pernambuco (Cijuspe) and she holds a master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of the state of Pernambuco.
Irving William Chaves Holanda holds a master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of the state of Pernambuco (UNICAP), with postgraduate degrees in Civil Procedure from the Federal University of the state of Pernambuco (UFPE) and in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the Damásio de Jesus College (FDJ). He has experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence (IAGen), as well as the areas of Computer Law, Civil Procedural Law, Constitutional and Administrative.
