The course on Special Courts and the Public Treasury: theory and practice of decisions had its first meeting on Tuesday (April 8th), at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat). The training is aimed at judges and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and it will continue until April 10th.
Taught by Judge Maurício Ferreira Cunha and divided into five modules, the course aims to improve the performance of the participants in the Special Courts and Public Treasury systems, in accordance with the guidelines established by the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
The first module of the training was entitled on “Special Civil Courts”, discussing topics such as the special courts micro system, guiding criteria, third-party intervention and the participation of the State Prosecution, among others.
The activities were conducted in an expository-dialogical manner, with an emphasis on debate on the topics covered. The following modules will be carried out using the active methodology of the four corners and the GV-GO.
