Training To Facilitate Reflective Groups For Men Who Commit Violence Against Women Will Be Held In March

From March 7th to April 25th, the course on “Facilitating Reflective Groups for Men Who Commit Violence Against Women” will be held for accredited professionals in the fields of Psychology, Social Work and Pedagogy who are part of the Multidisciplinary Team Management Group (GGEM).

The aim of the training is to qualify participants to work with Groups of Men Who Commit Violence (GHAV), using reflective methodologies and approaches based on national and international normative frameworks, as well as specialized studies on gender, masculinity and violence as social constructs.

The training, coordinated by Judge Cirlene Maria de Assis Santos Oliveira, aims to broaden understanding of the factors that run through these processes and contribute to the implementation of more effective practices in the context of justice.

Participation in the course will be made possible through a single list, drawn up by the coordinators of GGEM and attached to the corresponding administrative process.
