With the aim of training civil servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins in the use of the Public Resources Management System (GRP) for the operationalization of the Annual Contracting Plan of 2025 (PCA), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held a training course in its computer lab on Wednesday (October 9th). The course was given by facilitators José Atílio Beber and Edir Pereira dos Santos, who covered the creation of the PCA, with an emphasis on preparation by units, inserting changes in the GRP and issuing execution reports.
According to José Atilho, who is responsible for the Annual Contracting Plan of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), “the main objective of this training is to make the staff understand the whole history of the PCA, why it is important, which laws have implemented it; then we will implement the PCA in the GRP. At the moment, we have a class of eighteen students from several directorates who have been selected and sent their representatives. They are learning how to insert the PCA into the GRP. Once it has been entered, it will be approved and sent to the National Public Procurement Portal (PNCP), where it will have to be sent nationally”.
The Annual Hiring Plan (PCA) is fundamental to guarantee planned, safe and efficient hiring, optimizing the use of the material and human resources of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins and minimizing the risk of improper hiring.
