The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold the course on “How to Work in and with Groups” for the civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who work in the Center of Psychosocial Care and Accompaniment (NAPsi). The training will take place between October 29th and November 5th, with a 20-hour class load, in hybrid mode, including a web class and two face-to-face meetings at Esmat.
The aim of the course is to train civil servers to intervene in groups in the workplace, using a theoretical-methodological and technical-practical approach.
