The course on "Taxation of Precatories and Small Value Bonds", for magistrates and servers who act as clerks, technicians or advisors of magistrates of the 1st degree, had its first meeting held on Tuesday (October 8th), in the EaD mode. With a workload of 30 hours, the course is divided into three modules and it will run until October 29th. The opening of the training was attended by Judge Manuel de Faria Neto.
The activities aim to provide participants with the knowledge necessary to interpret and efficiently apply the legal and tax rules related to the precatories and small value bonds (BPO), in accordance with recent legislative changes and best practices of the Judiciary.
The first module of the training is taught by the Justice Luis Paulo Aliende Ribeiro, from the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo, and it has as theme: "Implications of credit reference and nature of obligation in the order of payment and taxation of precatory and RPV credits", aiming to analyze the influence of the nature of credit and its consequences, as well as understand the systematics adopted by the Resolution no 303 of the CNJ, of 2019.
