On Friday afternoon (October 11th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held the first meeting of the course on “National Adoption and Foster Care System (SNA)”. With a 12-hour class load, the training will continue until November 1st in distance learning mode.
The course is aimed at Judges, civil servers and partner bodies of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The activities are divided into four modules and they cover topics such as the main registers, the most commonly used movements and the monitoring of procedures. The aim is to demonstrate how to carefully and ethically operate the National Adoption and Foster Care System, in compliance with the provisions of the Article 2 of the Resolution 289 of 2019 of the CNJ.
On the first day of the training, facilitator Diógenes Augusto Ferracini gave a general presentation of the system, with theoretical activities and practical exercises on the menus and functionalities, the judging body and the foster care service, among other topics.
