Civil Servers Begin Course On “Discovering My Self With The Enneagram"

The course on “Discovering My Self with the Enneagram - Class II”, aimed at the civil servers of the Nacom, had its first meeting at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) on Monday (August 26th) for the first stage of the training.

The activities developed aim to help civil servers in the process of self-knowledge at work, providing an understanding of their patterns of functioning, how their personality manifests itself and how these patterns, motivated by fear, influence their relationship with work and with the people they interact with in this context.

Mayana Araújo Cunha Tomain, a civil server at the State Coordination for Women in Situations of Domestic and Family Violence (Cevid), expressed her enthusiasm at the start of the course: “Expectations are very high, as we are ready to dive into a journey of self-knowledge and personal transformation. With the guidance of Professor André Barreto Prudente, we know that each class will be a unique opportunity for growth. The class is looking forward to explore the deep nuances of the Enneagram and how it can guide us to a better understanding of ourselves and others,” she said.

The classes continue until September 24th, when the second stage ends and the 32 hours of training are completed.
