Registrations Are Open For The Course On "Systemic Approach As An Appropriate Method For Handling Conflicts Within The Tjto"

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) opens registrations for the course on "Systemic Approach as an Appropriate Method for Handling Conflicts within the TJTO" on Tuesday (August 6th) and closes on September 4th.

The course is open to Judges and civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins; conciliators and mediators accredited by Nupemec; members and civil servers of the State Prosecution; members and civil servers of the Public Defender's Office; lawyers; and law students. The distribution of vacancies is described in the item 2.1 of the Notice.

The activities will be held in person on October 14th at Esmat.

The training will be given by Sami Storch, a law Judge from the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia (TJBA) and a world pioneer in the use of Family Constellation in the Judiciary, and Janaina Ramos Mendes de Souza Vieira, a civil server from the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (TJSP) and manager of the Judicial Center for Conflict Solutions of the city of São Vicente.

The course aims to enable participants linked to the justice system in the State of Tocantins to better understand family dynamics and apply this knowledge in legal practice, providing a more humanized and effective approach, in line with SDG 16, set out in the 2030 Agenda of the UN.

The initiative came about at the request of Lívia Guimarães Ferreira, a student on the Professional Master's Degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights - UFT/ESMAT - Class XI, under the guidance of Professor Vinícius Marques, who identified the need to improve her knowledge in the area of Systemic Law and Family Constellation, while also considering the need to improve the judicial and administrative activities of the General Internal Affairs of Justice, as well as the need for guidance and training for new professionals.
