Registrations For Initial Training Of Professionals To Implement The Anti-Asylum Policy In The Justice System In The State Of Tocantins Are Still Open

Registrations are still open for the initial training of professionals to implement the Anti-Asylum Policy in the Justice System in the State of Tocantins. The activities will be held on August 28th, 29th and 30th, in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), and it will be broadcast to the Full Court and via YouTube on the Virtual Platform of Esmat for those registered from other cities.

Magistrates and civil servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins and Justice System operators, managers and professionals from all municipalities in the State who work in the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS), Social Assistance Policy, EAP and Prison System can register.

The programming will be attended by Marcelo Kimati Dias, advisor to the President of the National Center for Safety, Hygiene and Occupational Medicine Foundation (Fundacentro - MTE), and Juliana Biazze Feitosa, PhD in Psychology and Professor at the Federal University of the State of Tocantins (UFT), who will give the keynote address on "General Considerations on Psychopathology and Criminal Inimputability and the Role of the Psychosocial Care Network in Security Measures".

The result of the technical products produced by the Professional and Interdisciplinary Master's Degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (PPGPJDH/ESMAT-UFT), the training, coordinated by Magistrate Allan Martins Ferreira, has the support of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins  (Esmat), the Group for Monitoring and Inspection of the Prison System and the System for the Execution of Socio-Educational Measures (GMF).

By integrating theory and practice in the context of the Antimanicomial Policy, this course reflects the mission of the master's degree to improve judicial provision and guarantee human rights, contributing directly to the effective and humanized implementation of the guidelines of the Law No. 10.216, of 2001, and the Resolution No. 487 of the CNJ, of 2023, in the State of Tocantins.
