The activities of the third stage of the course on "Discovering myself with the Enneagram", promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), came to an end on Wednesday (31st). With the theme on "The Path to Essence", this module covered tools that help deepen the understanding of thought and behavior patterns, discussing topics such as the concept of meditation and its relationship with the Enneagram personality types, as well as including practical breathing exercises.
The third stage of the course was taught by facilitator Father Domingos Cunha, who highlighted the aims of the module. "We are working on self-knowledge, personal development and growth with a focus on exercising leadership, understanding each of the patterns. We're exploring development ways for exercising more server-like and harmonious leadership, so that everyone can access the best of their type of leader," he said.
Impressions
For Ana Carolina Adorno, the course played an important role in her process of self-knowledge. "This course has been a process of liberation, it's been comfortable to get to know myself and accept myself. Now I understand my behavior and know how to position myself better, and it also helps me to understand my colleagues, to know and accept the traits of others," she said.
