On Friday (June 28th), the activities of the course on Exemption, Inexigibility and the Safe Instruction of Processes in accordance with the Law 14.133 of 2021 came to an end. The course was attended in person at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) by civil servers from several sectors of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
In all, the course lasted 16 hours, spread over two days (27th and 28th), with lawyer, consultant and expert Dawison Moreira Barcelos, to promote the exchange of experiences and best practices among the participants, stimulating debate and reflection on the challenges faced in applying the hypotheses of direct contracting within the scope of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.
For Kézia Reis, Director of the Social Communication Center of the Court of Justice (Cecom/TJTO), the training of unit and contract managers is essential. "Training is essential for unit and contract managers. Law 14.133 is relatively new and brought many new features that need to be observed in a bidding process," she said.
