This Friday (June 7th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) began the course on Public Service in the Context of Public Administration for civil servers, trainees and employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The training, which will be completely distance learning, will take place over 24 hours via the Google Meet platform, on Mondays and Fridays.
The aim is to train participants to provide excellent customer service, in line with the principles of the institution, the basic principles of public administration, the Laws No. 13,460 of 2017 and No. 14,534 of 2023, through efficient, empathetic and quality customer service, with a view to improve the services provided and satisfy the public.
