Esmat Promotes Training In Legislative Technique For Civil Servers And Magistrates Of The Judiciary Of The State Of Tocantins

Closing today (May 17th) the activities of the course on "Legislative Technique: drafting, editing and consolidating normative acts", Professor Valcir Gassen, facilitator of the training, offered the civil servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins an immersion in the crucial notions of Constitutional Law and in technical and normative updating.

Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), this 21-hour training course began on May 15th, with the aim of equipping participants with broad knowledge and practical skills in legislative techniques.

Over three days of classes, civil servers and Judges were guided through the details of the Legislative Technique and normative acts, as well as the legislative process and procedure, in addition to receive specific instructions on drafting normative texts relevant to the judiciary of the State of Tocantins.

The course aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of legislative processes and procedures, enabling civil servers and Judges to act more effectively in issuing technical opinions and drafting normative acts, as well as to master the technical tools needed to produce official, technical and legal texts.
