Offering 50 vacancies for civil servers, trainees and employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the course on Public Service in the Context of Public Administration is open for registration until June 3rd. Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the training will take place from June 7th to 28th, virtually, via the Google Meet platform.
With a 24-hour class load, the course will include seven web classes taught by facilitator Jefferson Sampaio de Moura. The initiative aims to train participants to offer excellent customer service, in line with the principles of the institution, through efficient, empathetic and quality service, with a view to improvethe services provided and public satisfaction.

Jefferson is Director of Social Communication and a Professor at the Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB). He has a Master's degree in Education in Human Rights and Citizenship (UnB). PhD student in Social Policy (UnB).
