This Tuesday (April 9th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) opens registrations for the course on "Challenges of Litigation: ways to molecularize the protection of rights and confront abuse in access to the justice system". The training has a specific target audience and will be held from May 8th to 10th, in person at the School.

The course aims to apply current legislation to the challenges of litigation in the contemporary context, especially with regard to the implementation of judicial precedents and the need to improve legal practice, with a view to efficiency, speed and the guarantee of fundamental rights.
