Course On Income Tax And Official Social Security Retentions Comes To An End At Esmat

After four web classes via Google Meet, the course on "Income Tax and Official Social Security Retentions in the Issuance of Court Orders Resulting from Precatories RPVs and Judicial Deposits" ended on Thursday (March 15th). Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the activities, aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, were given by facilitator Iderlan Gloria Azevedo.

Due to changes in tax and social security legislation involving the retention of income tax, the official social security contribution, judicial deposits, hypothesis of incidence, calculation basis and rates on the contribution salary, the course provided guidance on the most recent rules in force and brought the jurisprudential understanding of the superior courts.
