Workshop On Memory And Document Management In The Judiciary Discusses Historical Heritage And Document Management In The Judiciary Of The State Of Tocantins

Held on Tuesday (October 31st), in distance learning mode, by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the Workshop Memory and Document Management of the Judiciary: paths and challenges presented, during four hours of activities, mechanisms to discuss, create and implement the documentary and memory management of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The workshop was organized by the judicial analyst of the Court of Justice of the State of Pernambuco, manager of the Memorial of Justice (TJPE), Mônica Pádua, PhD in History.

At the opening of the event, Justice Ângela Prudente, President of the permanent committees on Memory Management and Document Management (CPAD and CGM) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), highlighted the initiative of the Judiciary and Esmat in carrying out training activities on document management and memory. "Having the expertise and vast experience of Dr. Mônica Pádua in this Workshop inspires us to persevere in preserving the memory of our Judiciary, which, despite being young, is rich in history and has a lot to contribute to the society of the State of Tocantins," she said.

Also according to the Justice, "memory and document management plays an important role in transparency, appreciation, a sense of belonging and strengthening our institution, policies that are the area of activity of the Permanent Document Evaluation Commission (CPAD) and the Memory Management Commission (CGM)," she said.
