Esmat Develops A Course Focused On Innovation To Improve Judicial Service

In its ongoing search to improve the judicial service, the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, through the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), is holding the course on "Innovation and Multiplier Design Thinking". The training, given by Solange Mata Machado, a post-doctorate in neuroscience, began on September 29th and it will continue until December 11th, encompassing a series of virtual and face-to-face meetings and mentoring sessions.

The course, aimed at Judges and civil servers of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), aims to train the participants in the concepts of innovation and design thinking. It also aims to train team multipliers in the first semester, encouraging the participants to reflect on how transformational innovation can contribute to results and overcome the challenges presented by new technologies in the Judiciary.
