Training In The Brazilian Forensic Interview Protocol (Pbef) Restarts At Esmat With Fifth Class

On Thursday (September 21st), the Higher School of the Tocantins Judiciary (ESMAT) began the activities of the fifth class of the Brazilian Forensic Interview Protocol (PBEF) training. The course will run until December 10, online, and is aimed at accredited professionals who work in the courts and the technical managers linked to the Multidisciplinary Team Management Group (GGEM), who are in charge of the demands.

The course aims to train these professionals in both practical and theoretical terms, preparing them to act in Special Testimony hearings for children and adolescents, victims or witnesses of violence, in court proceedings. The modules will be taught by facilitators Nágila Olimpio Duarte de Sousa Esclavazini, Gidair Lopes de Santos and Simony Freitas de Melo.
